Our work with leaders and organisations

Our work within consciousness evolution, leadership and organisation is at the global forefront according to the researchers we collaborate with. We are two of quite few on this planet with programs validated to open for the shift of consciousness opening for a Next Generation Leadership. A shift really needed.

The beginning of a shift

In the fall of 2015, we came into contact with a researcher at the Stockholm School of Economics who studied the connection between human psychological development, leadership and organisation.

He introduced us to the research field of developmental psychology, also named as vertical development.

Right there and then we both experienced a “moment of clarity”. As if we, for a few moments were given access to a world illuminating leadership and human collaboration in a way that we had never experienced before.

We realized this being a crucial piece of the puzzle to deeply understand leadership, organisation and how we can unleash our full human potential to create organisations and societies that can shape a world that gives birth to life.

Our work in a new light - A "Defining Moment"
But not only that. We also saw our 15-year professional life up to this point in a new light. Our work as engineers, with experience as programmer, product developers, project managers, business developers, leaders and coaches was illuminated as if viewed through a whole new prism - with light in new colors. And the same for our paths as entrepreneurs and self-employed people, as well as our NGO activities and social commitments.

This research put into words what we had experienced so many times, both in our own leadership and in that of others'.

It explained the feeling of when things are going wrong despite a leadership that does everything right, according to the prevailing paradigm. It described for us the shift to a leadership that truly enables everyone to, as their best selves, contribute to a common whole.

This research showed us how a leadership can limit us as individuals and organisations, hold us back and reduce what we could achieve together. But also how a different leadership can open up for something completely different. Open to an enormous power and growth that enables people to create results together far beyond what we even thought was possible.

This moment had a clear before and after. A “defining moment” that would shape the rest of our professional lives. That would shape the rest of our lives.

Many years of study

Since then, we have delved deeper. Partly into deep knowledge and understanding of the science, but foremost into experience and exploration. We have studied for several years for leading researchers around the world. Deepened into integral theory, developmental psychology, relational organisational psychology and complex systems. Through the fields we have studied, we have explored ourselves and our surroundings, and experienced how the world opens up. How new layers of reality suddenly unveil, and how in that we see everything more clearly. How we gain access to information that was always there, but beyond the horizon of our consciousness. And it is an incredibly beautiful and exciting journey.
